About Us

Full Sequence is an agile coaching co-operative dedicated to improving the health and performance of remote teams. We believe that remote teamwork performed with excellence will become a new source of advantage for organizations of all kinds—and that the gap between businesses that perform and teams that struggle will widen.

The best coaches combine real-world wisdom with deep expertise in the methods and frameworks that raise team performance. We’ve built agile marketing, product development and technology programs at some of the world’s most successful and creative companies—as executives, as team leaders, and as coaches and consultants.

Ben Edwards

A storyteller by training, Ben gave up his career as a reporter, editor and foreign correspondent to pursue an executive life—as publisher of The Economist online, as head of corporate and digital marketing at IBM, as IBM's chief communications officer, and as a vice president of product management at PayPal. Along the way, Ben discovered how to build organizations that can sustain learning, adapt to change and create for the future. Today, Ben consults with businesses to help them adopt the very best practices in marketing, design, product management and software development; coaches executives and teams on sustainable innovation and agile methods; and speaks and writes about what he is learning. Ben is the co-author with Sol Sender of Patterns of Work. He lives in Colorado with his family and horses.

Danielle DeGrazia

With more than 30 years’ experience as a systems analyst, business consultant, software developer and project and product manager, Danielle believes that the cornerstone for team success is to make sure they are clear about their strategic goals and the role they play in accomplishing them. She likes to internalize goals and then organize and empower teams to help them get to the finish line, working with their unique strengths and weaknesses to forge better team performance. Danielle’s philosophy is that no two organizations or teams are the same, and there are no right or wrong ways to apply agile techniques. She enjoys helping teams find that right balance.  Danielle brings high energy and a legendary command for detail to everything that she works on.
